Yes. We work with clients in the Gulf, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and elsewhere. Communication happens over WhatsApp, email and video calls, and we schedule meetings around your time zone.
How do you price a project?
We first understand your requirements, then send a written quotation listing deliverables, exclusions, timeline and payment terms. Where packages have a starting price, it is shown on our pricing page.
How are payments made?
Payment terms — for example milestone payments — are stated in your quotation before work starts. We accept the payment methods listed in the quotation.
Will you train my staff?
Yes. Training on the delivered system is part of every software project, and we provide simple guides your team can refer to later.
Can the software be in Urdu?
Yes. Screens, receipts and reports can be in English, Urdu or both, depending on what your staff and customers prefer.
